2. Double Wet Downdraft Table for Titanium Dust.
Hydrotron DHYD-2-30-10-4 provides two back-to-back work surfaces where titanium grinding dust is generated by makers of artificial joints. Each table is 4 feet wide by 30 inches deep; with a 10 HP fan, the dust collector produces an air flow of 3000 CFM on each table. Both tables are also equipped with an optional regain air system, creating a "push-pull" effect which enhances capture velocity up to 800 FPM. Grinding wheels are mounted on the tabletops for grinding on the titanium parts.
