1. Ducted Wet Collectors for Robotic Sanding / Polishing Cells
Two Hydrotron HWF 5-50-10SST-C Wet Dust Collectors collect aluminum sanding and polishing dust from three robotic work cells. Each wet collector is 10 HP and has an air flow of 5000 CFM. Collectors are constructed of stainless steel and equipped with optional sludge conveyors. While collectors are running, conveyors continuously dump sludge into custom disposal containers on castors, designed for easy removal.
